Subscription & Billing Terms
Planned reference price only. Final purchase UI must follow the live App Store product.
1. Subscription
AI BRAKE may offer an automatically renewing subscription.
Current planned reference price:
US: $7.99/month
Actual prices may vary by App Store storefront, currency, tax, and Apple pricing configuration. Japan ¥980/month is a candidate only until App Store Connect equalization is confirmed.
2. Payment
Payment is charged to the Apple Account associated with the App Store purchase when the subscription is confirmed.
3. Automatic Renewal
The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled in accordance with Apple’s subscription management rules before the applicable renewal date.
4. Managing or Cancelling
Subscriptions are managed through the user’s Apple Account and App Store subscription settings.
Deleting AI BRAKE does not necessarily cancel an active App Store subscription.
5. Free Trials
If AI BRAKE offers a free trial, the duration and conversion terms will be shown before purchase.
Unless cancelled before the trial ends under the applicable App Store terms, the subscription may convert to the paid subscription shown at purchase.
A 7-day free trial is the current planned offer. It is not live until the App Store product exists.
6. Price Changes
Subscription prices may change.
Where required, Apple or NextBase will provide notice or request consent according to the applicable App Store rules.
7. Refunds
Payments and refund requests made through the App Store are generally handled under Apple’s applicable purchase and refund processes, subject to local law.
8. Feature Availability
A paid subscription does not constitute a guarantee that every AI app, AI provider, operating-system version, or device will be controllable by AI BRAKE.
The supported functionality is limited to features actually made available in the applicable version of AI BRAKE.
9. No Safety Guarantee Purchased
Payment for AI BRAKE purchases access to the offered software functionality.
It does not purchase a guarantee that:
- all AI activity will be stopped;
- an AI system cannot bypass every possible control;
- external actions will always be prevented;
- AI BRAKE can replace other required safety systems.
