Before you contact us

Translation looks wrong — Machine translation can misread context, names, and nuance. For important documents, use a qualified human translator.

“API” or network errors — Check your connection, try again after a few minutes, and update to the latest version of the app or clear site data if you use the web version.

Free vs Travel Pass — GLB is free for offline phrase cards (13 languages, airplane mode). Travel Pass ($14.99) is a 30-day, one-time purchase (non-renewing) that unlocks AI translation. Checkout is via Stripe (web) or the app store (iOS).

Billing — Travel Pass ($14.99)

Travel Pass is a one-time 30-day purchase. It does not auto-renew. When 30 days end, paid AI access ends automatically—there is nothing to cancel.

For receipts or eligible refunds, use the email on your Stripe receipt. Restore Travel Pass on another device with that email.

No monthly subscription — GLB does not sell a recurring monthly plan on this product surface. Offline phrase cards remain free without payment.

Privacy requests

For privacy-related requests (access, deletion where applicable), email the address used for your account or purchase, or use the same channel you used to buy GLB. Include enough detail to verify your request without sending unnecessary ID.

Bug reports

When reporting a problem, include: device and browser (or app version), steps to reproduce, and a screenshot if possible. Do not attach confidential documents.

Abuse and security

To report abuse of the service or a security issue, contact the operator through the official distribution channel (app store listing or verified project page). Do not publish exploit details publicly before a fix window when reasonable.

Response times

We aim to respond to reasonable inquiries within several business days. Complex legal or regulatory requests may take longer.
