GLB does not store full payment card information.

NEXT BASE is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXT BASE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT TRANSLATIONS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXT BASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR GLB DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ZERO IF NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.

When material changes occur, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.
Continued use of the Service following such updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
